Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Maram, organised a two-day Orientation-cum-Career Guidance Programme on July 16 and 17 for 510 newly admitted higher secondary students from the Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. The programme aimed to prepare them for academic success while fostering leadership, self-confidence, and career readiness.

The initiative provided a meaningful platform for job seekers to interact directly with employers across diverse industries, with a strong focus on inclusive employment.

The AIDA Don Bosco Job Placement Services in Dimapur, in collaboration with government agencies and employment partners, successfully hosted a Job Fair on November 21 at the Directorate of Employment (SDE), Regional Employment Exchange Office, Kohima. The event was organized jointly with the National Career Service Centre (NCSC) for SC/ST Kohima, NCSC for Differently Abled Dimapur, Regional Employment Exchange Kohima, and the Model Career Centre Kohima.
