Salesian Cooperators are lay Catholics (married or single), priests, and sometimes bishops who commit to living the Gospel in the spirit of St. John Bosco, dedicating themselves to the welfare of young people, especially the poor, and spreading Christian values in the world. Formed by Don Bosco in 1876, they are an integral part of the Salesian Family, working alongside Salesian priests (SDBs) and Sisters (FMA) to bring Christ's love to society through their daily lives, professions, and youth ministries.
