The ANMA Integrated Development Association (AIDA) - Don Bosco Job Placement Network, Dimapur, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Employment's National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled, ST/SC Employment Exchange, Kohima, and the Model Career Centre, Dimapur, organized a job fair at the AIDA Don Bosco Campus. The event was a resounding success, attracting nearly 400 job seekers and six recruiting partners with over 600 vacancies.

Hon’ble Minister Mr. Moatoshi Longkumer, MLA and Advisor for Labour and Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and Excise Department, graced the event as the chief guest. In his address, he underscored the importance of skill development and employment for the region’s youth and encouraged them to make the most of the opportunities provided. He also praised the collaborative efforts to create more avenues for differently-abled individuals and foster an inclusive employment environment.

Dimapur, a rapidly growing region, faces challenges in matching employment opportunities for its youth. In response, AIDA's initiative created an essential platform for connecting local talent with potential employers. Fr. Roy SDB, Director of AIDA, and Mr. Sebi Chacko, Regional Placement Coordinator of the Don Bosco Job Placement Network, Dimapur, coordinated the event.
