The Salesian Province of Tiruchy (INT) held its annual Leaders' Meet on July 3–4 at the Don Bosco Provincial House, Kallukuzhy. The two-day gathering brought together rectors and community leaders for prayer, reflection, formation, and strategic planning to strengthen Salesian leadership and mission.

In a joyous ceremony held on December 29 at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, seven deacons were ordained as priests for the Salesian Province of Tiruchy. Most Rev. Dr Antony Pappusamy, the Archbishop of Madurai, presided over the solemn Eucharistic celebration and conferred the ordination.

The 8th Provincial Chapter of the Salesian Province of Tiruchy was inaugurated at the Shrine of Our Lady of Velankanni on January 10, 2022, with a Solemn Holy Eucharist and inaugural session presided by Rev. Dr Susaimanickam DD, Bishop Emeritus of Sivagangai. He emphasized the commitment the religious are called to live.
