The residential workshop, conducted pro bono by Luminary Learning Solutions from Sri Lanka, was led by seasoned facilitators Mr. Vidusha, Mr. Anton, and Mr. Asiq. It brought together 45 members from the national and state-level teams, all committed to building a performance-oriented culture that fuels continuous improvement.

At the heart of the program were two critical focus areas:

1. Establishing Role-Specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Participants collaboratively defined clear, measurable KPIs for both individual roles and departments, moving beyond the conventional top-down model. These indicators are expected to provide sharper clarity on expectations and outcomes.

2. Creating Departmental Dashboards for Real-Time Tracking:
Teams worked to convert strategic goals into actionable and visual tracking systems, allowing for ongoing assessment of performance and timely decision-making.

While the workshop concluded on an optimistic note, it marked only the beginning. The coming six months will focus on refining the metrics and embedding performance tracking into daily operations. A follow-up review has already been scheduled to evaluate progress and recalibrate the system as needed.
