Don Bosco Mega Job Fair Connects 450 Youth with Top Employers in Trichy

Don Bosco ITI AMSAM, Tiruchirappalli, partnered with Don Bosco Vallizhatti to host a Mega Job Fair for ITI and Diploma graduates, providing youth with a valuable platform for employment and career development.

The job fair drew participants from the Government and Private ITIs in seven Trichy districts. Over 450 students benefited, gaining access to a broad range of employment and career options.

55 reputable Indian and international companies participated in the recruitment drive, offering positions across technical, manufacturing, and industrial fields. The event allowed students to meet recruiters, showcase their skills, and explore career prospects.

Chief guest Fr. Victor, Vice Provincial of the Salesian Province of Tiruchy, encouraged participants to use their skills well, pursue lifelong learning, and approach their careers with confidence and integrity.

Organisers said the job fair aimed to enable immediate employment and bridge the gap between industry needs and skilled youth. Strong employer turnout showed growing demand for technical talent and faith in vocational training.

The initiative highlights Don Bosco's commitment to empowering youth through skills, job support, and guidance. By linking skilled youth with top employers, the programme boosts the skilled workforce and promotes sustainable livelihoods.
