Bridging the Gap: DBTECH Nongstoin Hosts Successful Job Fair

The Placement Department of Bosco Integrated Development Society, in collaboration with Don Bosco Tech Pyndenglawar Nongstoiñ, organised a workshop cum Mini Job Fair aimed at fostering connections between employers and skilled graduates. The theme, "Bridging the gap between the employers and Don Bosco Tech Nongstoin for a brighter future," encapsulated the spirit of the day-long event.

The inauguration ceremony, graced by esteemed guests including Shri V. Swer, Project Director of DRDA, and Father John Kharshandi, Director of Don Bosco Tech Pyndenglawar, marked the commencement of activities that promised new beginnings for many young aspirants. The event commenced with an insightful discussion where employers and trainers from the institute engaged in meaningful dialogue about the evolving needs of the industry and the preparedness of graduates from Don Bosco Tech Nongstoin.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the Mini Job Fair, where 120 students showcased their skills and talents to various participating employers. The outcome was overwhelmingly positive, with 78 students receiving offers of employment across different sectors. This success underscored the effectiveness of the institute's training programs and the relevance of their curriculum in meeting industry demands.
