Father Thomas Santiagu, the Provincial of St Joseph Province, Hyderabad, presented the `Young Salesians and Accompaniment` to 24 enthusiastic priests. He reminded them to create the heart of a good shepherd in guiding the young people. ``Personal prayer, a project of life and spiritual direction are the means to realize who we are and where we are in our spiritual journey``, said the Provincial. Father Provincial created an awareness of each one`s spiritual life through a survey among the news priests. In another session, Father Thomas Aquinas SDB presented the `Systems thinking` - the art of strategic planning, high-efficiency problem solving and lasting results. It gave a new platform to think better in solving problems effectively. On the second day, Father Rajesh Salagala SDB, the secretary of the Province, presented `Ten principles of Priestly life`. The scriptural citations and anecdotes from the lives of the saints made the session a heart-touching experience to the participants.
