Don Bosco Azimganj Hosts Seminar to Promote Healthy Living Habits Among Schoolchildren
Don Bosco English Medium School, Azimganj, conducted a two-day Seminar on Healthy Living Habits for students of Classes 3-7 on 8–9 December, in collaboration with Anubhav Interactives Training Solutions, Kolkata. The programme featured Ms. Deblina Saha and Ms. Sarkar as the primary resource persons.
DBTI Honours Fr. Scaria Nedumattathil for Lifetime Achievement in Prison Reforms with Compassion
In a heartfelt ceremony, Don Bosco Technical Institute (DBTI), Okhla, felicitated Fr. Scaria Nedumattathil SDB, the Founder Director of Don Bosco Prison Ministry (DBPM), in recognition of his selection for the Lifetime Achievement Award for Prison Reforms with Compassion by the All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice (AICHLS). The prestigious award will be conferred at the 15th International Human Rights Summit & Awards to be held in New Delhi.
Fr. N. T. Scaria Receives Lifetime Achievement Award for Transformative Prison Reforms
Fr. N. T. Scaria (Nedumattathil), distinguished alumnus of Salesian College Sonada, Class of 1964, has been conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award for Prison Reforms with Compassion at the 15th International Human Rights Summit & Awards held at the India Islamic Cultural Centre, New Delhi, on International Human Rights Day. The event was organized by the All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice (AICHLS).
