A new chapter in the life of Divyadaan, the Salesian Institute of Philosophy in Nashik, unfolded on June 13, 2026. The institute held its inaugural function, themed “Come, Holy Spirit, Breathe Wisdom Divine.” The day commenced with the Eucharistic Celebration presided over by Fr Ashley Miranda, Provincial of the Salesian Province of Mumbai. Fr Brian Bandya, Provincial of the Capuchin Bonaventure Province, was among the other concelebrants. In his homily, Fr Miranda reflected on wisdom as a virtue that shapes both the heart and the mind.

Nearly 6,000 pilgrims gathered at the Sacred Heart Shrine at Mawlai for the Annual Pilgrimage. Participants came from parishes and oratory centres throughout the Archdiocese of Shillong and neighbouring regions

The spirit of Valdocco, the historic oratory founded by Saint John Bosco, came alive at Don Bosco Youth Services (DBYS), Matunga, as 70 young people gathered to launch “Sundays in Valdocco,” a new initiative offering an immersive experience of the Salesian founder’s vision of faith, community, and personal growth.
