It was an encouraging experience for the BOSCO Team to see the DBYK, Najafgarh students much brighter, enthusiastic and more receptive this time as compared to the induction training that was given a month back. This time the team conducted a one-day follow-up training on 11th September, 2009 for those students. The topics covered included ``Vision and Mission in Life``; ``Johari Window Exercise on Self-Awareness``; ``Do not Complain`` and ``How to Influence People and Make Friends``. The total number of students who participated in the training programme was more than 130 which included the morning and afternoon batch. Through various interactive sessions they were given the basic approach and mannerisms in life which would be beneficial for them in facing different challenges of life. The training for the afternoon batch was concluded with a beautiful presentation on our Former President, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, on the dreams towards a developed nation, which highly motivated the students and also convinced them to take necessary actions to work towards building a developed nation.
