The training was structured exclusively for the final year students of Graphic Designing, COPA and O` Level, Mechanical, Computer Hardware and Multimedia and Animation. Over 180 students attended these sessions in batches of three. The training programme was designed with the objective of making these students confident and proficient in facing interviews. The resource was drawn from the BOSCO and DBTI trainers, consisting of Anwer, George, Shibi and Catherine. The training sessions covered topics on `Approach towards an Interviews`, `The Pre and Post Interview approach`, Preparation of CV and Covering Letter, along with the finishing touch of Personal Grooming imperative for the Interviews. The students expressed that, they feel more confident and prepared for attending interviews, preparing CVs and the learned the significant attributes of creating a `First Impression`.
