The day-long event centred around equipping attendees with skills and tools for effective administration and financial management.
Fr Jayaprakash Anthonimuttu SDB, Provincial Economer, opened by stressing that digital financial management is now central to administrative effectiveness. He called on administrators to gain proficiency in ACME and BoscoSoft ERP, emphasising their essential role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
Fr Sebastian Kuricheal SDB, Provincial, reminded participants that responsible stewardship is their main mission. He urged them to manage Congregation resources with integrity and a clear sense of service, stressing that administration is a ministry of stewardship, not just management.
Fr Owen Chourappa SJ’s session highlighted the need for legal compliance and documentation in land management. Pointing to the risks posed by laxity, he urged vigilant record-keeping to safeguard institutional property.
Auditor Mr Saurav Das analysed recurring financial discrepancies and urged participants to prioritise accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance, particularly for FCRA accounts, to reinforce accountability and transparency.
