The program started at 9.30am in the morning with a Pongal preparation. There were three teams cooking Pongal in competition. Each fireplace and each Pongal was esteemed by some Rangoli and cheers. The teammates collaborated to make the best Pongal. Then all present played some group games. It was a lot of fun and everybody enjoyed it. Afterwards everybody could taste the different Pongal and decide which one is the best. Vilathai Viluthugal Team got the first prize for making the best Pongal. Everybody could benefit by the following workshop which was a discussion about love especially in relationships between men and women. All the youngsters had the chance to express their meaning of love and exchange views and experiences. Fr. Anto moderated and assisted the discussion and gave them something to think about. The chief guests Fr. Lawrence and Fr. Charles also participated to make this discussion more meaningful to the youngsters. After having lunch all together and continuing the talks there was time for a cultural program with dances, music and chants prepared by the youngsters. The program ended with tea at 4.00pm.
