The BREADS Team visited the Corporate Office of Nettur Technical Training Foundation on July 13, 2009 to work on possibilities to offer quality training towards transforming the lives of the young in collaboration.

A team of five members headed by Fr. Joseph Elavanal, the Executive Director of BREADS visited the Corporate Office of Nettur Technical Training Foundation - NTTF as an effort to collaborate with them towards better quality in Skill Training. The team began with a discussion regarding training possibilities with Mr. Venugopal - the Director (Training). Later on, there was a visit to the campus and an interaction with the fresh students in orientation training. The systems and practices in the institute was a learning experience which brought in reflection and insight into adding quality to skill training. An exposure to the intake systems and information technology was given. Software usage and network systems in data storage and access regarding students were also explained to the team. Finally, the team interacted with the Managing Director of NTTF, Mr.N.Reguraj, a guiding light to the growth of the organization. He showed great interest in mutual learning and offered possibilities of collaboration with us. We look forward to taking this partnership forward towards `building future together`.
