The purpose of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to document and detail the
processes that are used when engaging with various stakeholders throughout the JPN journey. This
includes the outcomes and activities of the Onboarding, Career guidance, Skill Training, Job
placement and Post placement phases with both job seekers and recruiters. Additionally, this
document could also be used as reference document while engaging with other stakeholders and
ecosystem players.
