Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Mannuthy had its humble origins in 1971 with 33 students. It has grown into a gigantic edifice with over 2000 students on the rolls today. It is a Christian minority school with all the privileges that acquire from it. It is recognized by the Kerala Education Department and the students appear for Kerala SSLC examination and Kerala Higher Secondary Board Examination. The medium of instruction is English. Right from the inception, year after year, the school has the credit of hundred percent pass in the SSLC examinations and Higher Secondary Board Examinations.
