St. Xavier´s Higher Secondary School, Pathaliaghat, is an English medium minority educational institution meant for boys and girls, owned and run by the Salesians of Don Bosco (SDB) which has its headquarters at Silchar, Assam.
St. Xavier´s School was established in 1985 by Mr. Atul Debbarma and handed over to the Salesian Congregation in November 1991. The school is recognized by the Govt. of Tripura and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi (CBSE).
The School runned and managed by the salesians of Don Bosco, is meant primarily for Catholics. It also admits other children, irrespective of caste, religion or community.
