Welcome to the website of Don Bosco College, Maram. Don Bosco college is considered as the premier college of the state of Manipur and is permanently affiliated to Manipur University. It was established in 2000. The College is situated in the rural area among the only primitive tribe in Manipur (listed in the schedule of the Government of India). It has its origin from the grand gestures of the visionary zeal of the great educator and friend of youth, Don Bosco. The college has ever since followed a narrative openness, keeping the access to higher education equitable and affordable to the underprivileged, the marginalised and deserving tribal youth of the region. Today, the institution has a much diverse demography with students from 69 tribes of North East India and hailing from 12 states of India. The college has achieved many a milestone in its short span of 14 years of pursuit to excellence more especially after the first cycle of accreditation. The college has been accepted unequivocally as a trend setter and path finder in the sphere of higher education in Manipur.
