Young Salesian dies in accident
Cleric Pynshngain Hahshah sdb (19) of Shillong Province died due to cardiac arrest. He was hospitalized after he hit a stationary truck with his two-wheeler.
Cleric Hahshah, who made his religious profession seven months ago, met with an accident on December 14. He was being treated at Super Care Hospital Shillong and was on a ventilator. On December 18, he passed away due to cardiac arrest.
Hahshah doing his Philosophical studies, came back to the Province for treatment. On that fateful day, he went to see his brother at Umsning on a two-wheeler but couldn’t meet him. Hence, he proceeded to Umroi to visit his friend. While on his way to the Parish, he ran into a stationary truck. He was taken to Civil Hospital Shillong and later to Super Care Hospital in Shillong, where he breathed his last.
