DB Tech Rangajan Graduates 40 Youth, Secures Placements with Leading Hospitality Brands

DB Tech Rangajan celebrated the graduation of 40 young trainees at a Graduation Day ceremony, marking the successful completion of industry-oriented vocational training programmes and reinforcing its commitment to enhancing youth employability through skill development.

The graduating batch comprised 20 trainees who completed a 79-day Four-Wheeler Service Technician course and 20 who completed a 75-day Guest Service Associate (Food and Beverage) course. The training, which commenced on April 30, 2026, was conducted under the guidance of technical trainers Mr Bikram Kalita and Mr Raynald Donn Marbaniang, support trainer Ms Atheni Florence, and Programme Coordinator Br Vadakkevettuvazhiyil Sunny Joseph.

A major highlight of the ceremony was the distribution of placement offers and joining letters to the graduates. The hospitality trainees secured employment with several leading hospitality brands across the country, including Radisson Blu at Pramod Lands End Resort in Odisha; Lemon Tree Hotels in Bhubaneswar; Taj Connemara in Chennai; and Ginger Hotels in Gondia and Gadchiroli, Maharashtra.

Addressing the graduates, the organisers encouraged them to uphold professionalism by remaining disciplined, dedicated, and committed to excellence as they embark on their careers.

The event was attended by parents, faculty members, and well-wishers. Many parents expressed appreciation to DB Tech Rangajan for providing industry-relevant training and creating meaningful employment opportunities for their children.
